We believe in safe levels of heat not overpowering can’t breathe heat. Therefore, not every class is strongly heated; however, please note our Level 1 classes are slightly warmer than room temperature. Level 2 and higher is heated to encourage you to sweat!
One of the most important ways our body releases toxins is through sweat. The heat in the room, combined with the internal heat you are building by moving your body, promotes detoxification through the largest organ of your body – your skin!
With the first studio in Monmouth and Ocean County to invest in a state of the art heating system, our heat is gentle, dustless and noiseless. This system assists in reducing join pain, boosting your immune system, regulating your metabolism and improve skin quality. We recommend those new to heated styles of yoga begin with Level 1 to acclimate and build slowly to Level 2 and higher in order to safely transition to higher temperatures.
