We welcome new students daily and would be happy to have you in class! As a beginner, we recommend any of our Level 1 classes to learn basic postures, alignment and breathing. From there you can grown your practice at your pace up through our Level 3 classes. For safety, absolutely brand new to yoga will be turned away from Level 2.5 and Level 3 classes.
