Module 2 – Ayurveda Nutrition & Diet
- Once you know your constitution, we can dive into nutritional and diet by dosha. We can then create a plan for you.
Module 3 – Ayurveda SelfCare Rituals
- We go even further into self care rituals – pranayama, yoga, meditation by dosha; including visualization keys, aromatherapy, self massage rituals. And practice with us by dosha.
